REPORT: Syrian warplanes intensify air raids on Yabroud northern Damascus

Syrian warplanes intensified Wednesday air raids over Yabroud, northern Damascus after making a remarkable progress on the ground over the past few days, in a bid to take control over the city, which is a main stronghold for the armed rebels in the strategic region of Qalamoun, the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.

Meanwhile, Syrian Revolution General Commission and the local coordination committees said that the Syrian air force is dropping explosive barrels on the region.
