Moroccan child hangs himself to death imitating Turkish drama

A nine-year- old Moroccan child hanged himself to death, imitating the protagonist of a Turkish drama “Khouloud”, online news websites and dailies reported on Friday.

A Moroccan newspaper said that the family found the child hanged with a rope in his room.

His family also revealed that the child was passionately taken with the “Khouloud” drama and was accordingly influenced by a suicide scene in which the leading character committed suicide.
