Clinton: Up to Iran to 'close the gaps' in nuke talks
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says significant differences remain between Iran and world powers after talks in Baghdad over its nuclear program.

Clinton told a news conference Thursday in Washington it's now up to Iran "to close the gaps."

She said the six-nation bloc had presented a detailed proposal to Iran, focused on all aspects of 20 percent uranium enrichment and based on concrete reciprocal steps. Iran presented its own ideas.

They would seek to address the differences at the next talks in Moscow in June 18-19.

Clinton says sanctions against Iran will remain in place.

She says has to decide whether it will meet its international obligations and give the world confidence about its intentions.
