Israel tests new SMS warning system
The Israeli army announced on Sunday the start of the testing for a new alarm system based on text messages to inform the population of rocket attacks.                  
According to reports, the “warning SMS” will be available in Hebrew, Arabic, English and the Russian language to mobile phones in many areas, including Jerusalem, Haifa and Tel Aviv.               

This exercise aims to ensure the readiness of civilians in the case Hezbollah or Iran fire rockets in response to an Israeli attack on Iran's nuclear facilities.
