Butchers sell dog meat in Yemen

Butchers in Bait Al Fagih district of Yemen tricked the people into thinking that their low priced meat is cattle or goats’ meat. But in fact, the people were buying dog meat. The butchers were consequently arrested.

According to Al Jamhuria newspaper, local people also noticed that dogs disappeared from the districts' streets during the Eid.
