Iran's Ahmadinejad to attend Maduro's inauguration ceremony
                
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad headed on Thursday night to Venezuela to attend the inauguration ceremony of Nicolas Madura as the new Venezuelan president.
                    
Earlier, the Iranian President congratulated Maduro on winning the presidential elections, stressing that Iran is committed to maintaining its ties with Venezuela and the rest of Latin America's leaders                    

Former President Hugo Chavez died about a month ago and Maduro was elected as Venezuela's new president.
