Iraq declines Teheran and Ankara offers to train its forces
Iraq declined offers from Teheran and Ankara to train Iraqi forces in order to replace those of the U.S.     

A high ranking governmental official told AFP that "Tehran and Ankara offered to train Iraqi forces, but we did not accept them due to the sensitivity of the situation."    

“We cannot accept one state without the other," said the official adding “we prefer that forces training issue stays outside the framework of neighboring countries”
