Sheikh Nabil Qaouk: Hezbollah's presidential candidate is clear
A Hezbollah official said on Sunday that the party’s presidential candidate was clear even if he remained unidentified, blaming the March 14camp for the presidential vacuum.

"No pressures or intimidation can change our presidential stance,” Hezbollah official Sheikh Nabil Qaouk added.
“Our presidential candidate is obvious, and they know him without us naming him."

He also noted that the March 14 alliance still hadn’t settled on its “real presidential candidate” and was only "maneuvering" in naming Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea as its candidate.

Lebanese lawmakers failed to elect a successor to president Michel Sleiman whose six-year mandate ended on May 25, despite having held five electoral sessions.

Until the moment only Geagea and Democratic Gathering MP Henri Helou have announced official presidential candidacies, while Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Michel Aoun has insisted that he will only run in the race as a “consensual candidate.”

Aoun's demand and the March 8 camp's rejection of Geagea's nomination prompted the Hezbollah-led March 8 forces to boycott four electoral sessions that required a quorum.
