It goes without saying that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone sees it from his or her own own prism.       
 
Buzzfeed’s video staff explored this concept when they created a video with live models to provide us with a closer look at how the ideal woman’s body type has changed throughout history.        
 
Women showing body types from different historical periods are all dressed in the same uniform, a white bathing suit which helps accentuate the differences between their bodies.
