Lebanese Rock Band Covers Warda’s Batwaness Bik

Well, we never thought we’d hear quite an interesting modern interpretation of Warda’s classic “Batwanis Bik”, let alone having four bearded men revealed as the culprits.

But Lebanese band "Who Killed Bruce Lee" raised the bar with their cover of the late Arab singer’s tarrab ballad, adding their own edgy twist to the otherwise morose melody.

WKBL have been active since 2012 and released the first single off their album, “Room for Three” in 2013. In October 2014, they were invited to Paris’ Redbull Studios to start recording their upcoming album. “Elvis” will be released in March 2015, and “Gipsy King” will follow, according to their website.

There is a lot of talent and heart in these boys and it seems they're a force not to be reckoned with.
