March 14’s independent figures reject agendas of legislative sessions

March 14’s independent figures stressed on Saturday the need to look into the constitutionality of the legislative authority under a caretaker cabinet.

In a statement issued following their meeting, the March 14’s independent figures declared their rejection of the agendas to be discussed during the parliamentary sessions scheduled for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July.

The independent figures noted that a presidential decree is expected to be issued in order to open a special parliamentary session, stressing that legislation under a caretaker cabinet goes against the principle of cooperation between authorities.
