Tensions during Mohammad Chaar’s funerals in Beirut
Angry mourners during the funerals of Mohammad Chaar, the young man who died of the injuries he sustained in Friday’s blast in Beirut, protested the presence of Lebanon's Grand Mufti Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani at the Khashoggi mosque were the procession was taking place.

Mourners shouted slogans refusing the participation of Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani in the funeral procession.

Lebanon’s Grand Mufti is not on good terms with former Prime Minister Saad Hariri’s Future movement due to political reasons.
