Dubai governor meets with Sleiman
President Michel Sleiman held talks with UAE’s Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai’s governor Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rached Al Maktoum during his unofficial visit to the country.          

They discussed bilateral relations and Sleiman praised the UAE for embracing the Lebanese diaspora, calling on Sheikh Mohammed to visit Lebanon.      
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed said that the relations between Lebanon and the UAE are and will remain strong and privileged, as a huge Lebanese diaspora, exceeding 100,000, live in the UAE, according to several estimates.
