Nabatieh hit by gang of robbers, stores lose millions

Unidentified persons robbed the “Baguette” restaurant and 8 clothing stores in Mahmoud Faqih Street, Nabatieh.

The ISF patrol and forensic investigators rushed to the scene of the robberies where they launched a field investigation and listened to the statements of the owners. They also gathered physical evidence and lifted fingerprints.

Following investigations, the ISF managed to arrest one of the two masterminds with the initials H.S. who is currently being interrogated in for the names of his accomplices.

Meanwhile, it was reported that one of the robbed stores’ owners, Mohammad Kharroubi, lost 3 million LBP from his store’s vault and it appeared that H.S. was able to entered the store without breaking open the door.
