Kaouk: Resistance will never aim its arms elsewhere

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of Hezbollah Sheikh Nabil Kaouk said on Sunday that the resistance in Lebanon embraces all sects and confessions “in one trench to confront the Israeli enemy”, adding that the resistance will never aim its arms elsewhere.

During a celebration of the Prophet's birthday in Al-Khayyam, Kaouk said that the confrontation and battle in the region is against the US-Israeli axis which engaged in a military confrontation against the resistance in 2006, adding that “targeting Syria today is nothing more than a preparation for a new Israeli aggression in the region.”

In his concluding remarks, Kaouk said that the equation in the region has changed ever since the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq and its failure at the UNSC.
