Zahra: political,humanitarian solidarity between March 14 and Syrian opposition

Lebanese Forces MP Antoine Zahra called on Wednesday for the LAF deployment on the Lebanese-Syrian border, adding that the LAF are largely capable of controlling border.

Zahra told LBCI that the other party did not heed the positive calls made during the March 14 ceremony at Biel, stressing that the importance that former PM Saad Hariri does not to place the responsibility for Hariri’s assassination on the Shia sect.

Zahra added that there is a political and humanitarian solidarity between March 14 and the Syrian opposition, adding that the Syrian regime has never dealt with Lebanon as an independent state.

“A technocratic cabinet is the solution amid the current division and the tense Syrian situation,” he said, adding that the current cabinet’s survival stems from the will of Hezbollah and the Iranian-Syrian axis.
