Abadi: Lebanese people believe in freedom

Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghadanfar Roken Abadi stressed that the Lebanese people through the resistance proved that they are the people of freedom.

Abadi attended a ceremony organized by Hezbollah in South Lebanon in remembrance of Imad Mughniyeh’s assassination in presence of officials and dignitaries said that "Iran supports the Lebanese people", praising the resistance role who offered thousands of martyrs to defend Lebanon's sovereignty.

At the end of the ceremony Abadi was granted a memorial shield carrying the picture of Hezbollah’s military leader Imad Mughniyeh .
