Indictment Committee cancels decision to release those jailed in Fassouh case
The Indictment Committee of Beirut, presided over by Judge Nada Dakroub, cancelled the decision of the First Investigating Judge in Beirut Ghassan Owaidat to release the two arrested owners of the collapsed building in Fassouh, Claude and Michel Saadeh, keeping them in detention.     

Judge Owaidat had earlier decided to set them free on bail of forty million LBP each.
