Gaza power plant stops working due to lack of fuel
The Palestinian Energy Authority in Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that the Gaza power plant, which currently supplies around one third of the strip's electricity, has stopped working completely for the second time within two weeks.

The Energy Authority explained in a statement that the sole power plant in Gaza has stopped working due to a shortage of fuel.

The authority urged officials in Egypt to immediately supply Gaza with the needed quantity of fuel in order to ease the sufferance of Palestinians.
