Charbel to LBCI: preventive measures taken ahead of Sunday’s demonstrations

Interior Minister Marwan Charbel confirmed on Saturday that the ministry has taken all preventive measures ahead of the demonstrations to take place on Sunday at the Martyrs Square.

Charbel told Nharkom Said TV show that the location of each demonstration will be determined, adding that security forces will see to it that both demonstrations remain separated.

“Expressing personal views in a civilized manner is permissible. However, any breach of security is unacceptable for security is a red line,” he added.
