Body of Indian national may finally be freed from rubble after second Tabarja collapse
It was reported on Tuesday that the building adjacent to the one that collapsed in Tabarja also collapsed today.

No casualties were immediately reported.

Security apparatuses and members of the Civil Defense department rushed to the scene. The mayor of Tabarja quickly arrived on the scene accompanied by a delegation.

The Qa’imaqam of Kesserwan came with a technical team to inspect the incident awaiting the arrival of appropriate equipment to clear the rubble.

Civil Defense will thereby finally be able to free  the body of the Indian victim who was killed in the previous collapse and whose rescue was reportedly delayed for fear of the structurally unsound adjacent building collapsing during rubble removing operations.

On March 10, eight people were reported injured when an old building that was being renovated in Tabarja Beach Complex collapsed. Five were rushed to the hospital and sources say that one person is still reported missing.
