Libyans leaving Mauritania without Senussi
A Libyan delegation in Mauritania to appeal for the extradition of Muammar Gaddafi's intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi boarded a plane to leave the West African country on Wednesday, a Reuters witness at the airport said.    

"We have an assurance from Mauritania that it will extradite Abdullah al-Senussi but there are legal procedures which must be respected and we will wait," a member of the delegation told reporters before boarding the plane.
