General Secretariat of March 14 said “justice is essential for life and a key factor to maintaining co-existence,” pointing out that former Minister Michel Samaha and his supporters seem to be above the law.
This will lead to the corruption of the national partnership, driving Lebanon into a hassle of divisions and the return of violence, the secretariat explained in a statement.
It also added that “objection to the release of Samaha is a moral interception”, asking all supporters to back the protest declared by March 14 youth organizations on Saturday, the 23rd of January at 3:00pm before the Military Court of Cassation .
