Tourism Minister Michel Faraon inspected Jeita Grotto one day after an Egyptian tourist drowned, where he pointed out that Nabil Haddad head of the company that operates the grotto was arrested and is held under interrogation.
“The Company and the State are both responsible for Jeita grotto”, he added.
Faroun said that they asked for the closure of the lower grotto until interrogations are over.
