REPORT: Complaint filed on behalf of civil society against waste deportation company

The lawyers of the civil society activists filed Friday a complaint on behalf of the civil society movement before the Financial Prosecution against Britain's Chinook Urban Mining International Company regarding the waste deportation issue.

 

The deportation process of household waste from Lebanon had settled for Britain's Chinook Urban Mining International Company, given that the Dutch company Howa failed to commit to the first condition set to take part in the said process, which is to pay a guarantee of USD 2.5 million.
