Lebanon’s hospitals haunted by deadly bacteria

Hospital security is also in the danger zone given that a patient enters hospital to undergo a surgery or a treatment for a petty sickness and leaves hospital in a coffin.

The patient is cured of his sickness but dies from the bacteria spreading in the hospitals. Even High-ranking hospitals in Lebanon have frequently witnessed such cases.

Nosocomial infection is caused by the most dangerous bacterium which thrives in hospitals, especially in the operation rooms and Intensive Car departments. This bacterium cannot be killed by filtration or sterilization.

It is worth mentioning that 8% of Lebanese patients die from hospitals bacteria and the rate is the same in the U.S. and Europe. However, these countries set hospitals on fire and rebuild them; has anyone done that in Lebanon?
