Over 30 NGOs march for Lebanese and Palestinian women’s rights
A march under the slogan “achieving full equality and citizenship for women” kicked off in Barbir on Sunday. More than 30 NGOs participated in the march to call for the rights of Lebanese and Palestinian women.       

Participants raised many banners reading claims, most importantly women’s right to give their nationality to their families and their right to protection against domestic violence.      

During the march, participants stopped outside the ESCWA building before reaching the Grand Serail, the protest’s last stop.
