Future: Muslim Brotherhood lives up to Arab Spring slogan

The Future Bloc hailed the document of the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria, describing it as advanced and living up to the essence and slogans of the Arab Spring.        
The Bloc's fresh stance came from the Center House of Beirut upon its weekly regular meeting under the chairmanship of MP Fouad Siniora.       

"The document underscored the cordial relation between Lebanon and Syria that is based upon a mutual respect," said the bloc.       

Turning to the local scene, the bloc described the present government as “terrible” due to Hezbollah and its allies who, according to the Bloc, undermined the interest of the nation and its citizens.         

On the electricity issue, the bloc attacked the Free Patriotic Movement's ministers of Energy and Water who did not think, four years ago, of establishing a regulating body for electricity. According to the bloc, the FPM did not even resort to Arab and International Funds aiming to increase power productivity.        

Therefore, the Future bloc called for forming this regulating body and carrying out bids regarding power projects, in order to solve the electricity issue.
