Hammana Mayor George Chahine held a press conference whereby he warned of the unprecedented contamination rate detected in the town’s drinking water, adding that the pollution is the result of the construction works of al-Qaysamani dam.
During the press conference held at the Municiaplity’s headquarters, Chahine presented bottled samples of the drinking water.
