Sources told LBCI that the activist Tony Orian was planning to turn himself in to the Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence, for hanging an anti-Saudi banner in Jal el Dib.
But the military court informed the concerned that the case is out of their purview.
The general prosecutor assigned the information branch to hunt for the suspects involved in hanging the anti-Saudi banner.
