Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rai arrived on Sunday morning at the Saint Elie monastery in Sarba, where he presided over the Sunday Mass, as part of a pastoral visit to the region.
In his sermon, Rai stressed the need to hold municipal elections on time.
