It was only the beginning when the two Kataeb ministers left the last cabinet session in objection to the drafting of the waste file plan without taking into consideration the Kataeb Party's notes.
The two ministers decided to open the Development and Reconstruction Council file, thus making the waste file only part of an entire dossier they planned to be discussed at the upcoming waste session.
