Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafes, Night-clubs & Pastries denies security rumors

Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafes, Night-clubs & Pastries in Lebanon issued on Thursday a statement in which it denied “all rumors circulated on social media platforms, SMS, and voice messages about threats targeting tourist sites.”

The Syndicate also called on restaurants goers to abide by the security directives issued by the competent and concerned security apparatuses, asserting that the tourist institutions “are taking the maximum preventive and precautionary measures possible.”

It concluded by urging the media outlets to deal seriously and responsibly with this matter.
