The Lebanese Armed forces carried out Thursday a raid on houses in Arsal’s Wadi Ata area where it found an explosive belt and a quantity of ammunition.
These measures come after eight suicide bombers attacked the village of al-Qaa on Lebanon's border with Syria on Monday, killing five people and wounding dozens more, in the latest violent spillover of the five-year-old Syrian war into Lebanon.
