Lebanon says 294 killed, 1,023 injured in Israeli attacks since March 2

Lebanon’s Health Ministry said Saturday that 294 people have been killed and 1,023 injured in Israeli attacks since early Monday, March 2.

In a statement, the ministry said the figures reflect the toll of the ongoing Israeli offensive from dawn on Monday, March 2, until Saturday afternoon, March 7.
