[PHOTO] Police arrests burglar in Ghbobeiry

Internal Security Forces declared on Wednesday the arrest of a man, accused of the burglary of pharmacies, a hotel and a money transfer shop OMT in Beirut.

In a statement, the police said that it was able to uncover the masked burglar and identify his whereabouts and to arrest him in the Beirut southern suburb of Ghobeiry.

The statement identified the suspect as 42-year-old Palestinian national F. M.

During interrogations, he confessed to the armed robbery of the Cavalier Hotel, the Wardieh Pharmacy, the Al-Hashash Pharmacy, the Point Santé pharmacy and an OMT money-transfer shop in Beirut.

He has been referred to the concerned judiciary for further investigation.
