REPORT: Two Syrians rape 11-year-old boy in Mejdlaya

Two Syrian teenagers lured and raped an 11-year-old boy in the Aley town of Mejdlaya.

Internal Security Forces managed to arrest one of the molesters, while the second is still at large.
