Despite a decision issued by Shura Council to cancel the second bid held regarding the Beirut airport parking lot and in which al-Kharafi Group won, Lebanon’s Audit Bureau approved assigning of the said company with managing the facility’s parking. This comes after the Ministry of Public Works referred the file to the Bureau.
The decision taken by the Audit Bureau opens the door for the Minister of Public Works to ratify the final assignment of the company.
