State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr received Wednesday from the Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence Directorate part of the primary investigation conducted with detainee Imad Yassine, regarding the assassination of four judges in a Sidon court room back in 1999.
Judge Saqr referred the above mentioned case to the General Prosecutor of Public Justice since the case is submitted to the Judicial Council.
