Kenaan to Adwan: Before the budget, numbers and figures must be revealed
The Head of the Finance and Budget parliamentary committee MP Ibrahim Kenaan addressed on Wednesday MP Georges Adwan saying that before drafting the budget, numbers and figures should be revealed.

Kenaan added that financial imbalance must be investigated to reveal how public funds were spent. Kenaan said that article 87 of the constitution does now allow drafting budgets in the absence of figures, adding that Finance Minister Mohammad Safadi transferred balance sheets to the committee.
