REPORT: Berri says new vote law must be cabinet’s priority
Speaker Nabih Berri said on Wednesday that the top priority of the new Cabinet must be the drafting of a new electoral law based on proportionality.

Berri’s comments were made during his weekly meeting with MPs in Ain el-Tineh.
 
“We hope that the government complete its ministerial statement before the end of the year,” Berri concluded by saying.
