REPORT: Judge sentences a man to 25 years in jail for killing his wife

Mount Lebanon Judge Faysal Haidar sentenced on Friday a man to 25 years in jail with hard labor for killing his estranged wife in 2014.

The sentence was issued against Jean Michel Dib, stripping him of his civil rights.

Nisrine Rouhana, 38, was kidnapped outside her working place in one of Beirut’s malls by her estranged husband Dib, who then shot her dead and threw her body in the Nahr Ibrahim Valley in Mount Lebanon.
