[PHOTOS] Zahle night-club shooter identified

The man who randomly fired at a night-club in the Bekaa town of Zahle on Sunday dawn, killing a Lebanese citizen was identified as Qassem Rafic al-Massri, known as “Taha al-Masri.”

Several arrest warrants were previously issued against him, and another one was issued following his crime.
