“Beirut Madinati” group expressed Thursday its rejection of a third extension to the term of the Parliament under any circumstance, considering May 20 as the date of the end of the parliament’s mandate.
In a statement, the group called for holding the parliamentary elections without delay according to a new electoral law adopting the proportionality system that represents all factions of the Lebanese people, as stipulated by the constitution.
