Kuwait's military says air defenses are responding to drone attacks

Kuwait's army said its air defenses were working to intercept drones fired towards its territory, the first reported in the Gulf on Thursday as the ceasefire between Iran and the United States entered its second day.

"The air defenses of the Armed Forces are currently facing hostile drone attacks that have penetrated the country's airspace, targeting several vital installations," the army posted on X, citing the defense ministry spokesperson.
