Vehicle of Dekwaneh mayor set on fire outside his residence
Unknown people set the vehicle of the Dekwaneh mayor on fire on Wednesday dawn, outside his residence.   

Security apparatuses rushed to the scene immediately and launched an investigation into the incident.   

Surveillance cameras installed in the area showed that the vehicle of Mayor Antoine Chakhtoura was “deliberately” set on fire as two people came, shortly after the return of the mayor to his home, and covered the back of the car with a flammable liquid.   

The fire started in the back of the car and soon spread onto the entire vehicle.
