Agricultural Minister Ghazi Zeaiter issued a new administrative memo set to raise a new legal controversy.
According to the memo, the minister is demanding from the general directors and officials at administrations and organizations related to his ministry to inform him immediately of the arrival of any inspectors to any of the administrations before they start their inspection work.
According to legal sources and based on the mission of Central Inspection, the above-mentioned memo contradicts the purpose of the Central Inspection’s work and causes obstruction in the inspection operations.
