All the proposals presented in a bid to reach an environmental solution for the waste crisis have failed, whether in terms of landfills or others.
“Zero waste plan” is the most suitable solution for Lebanon, according to Environmental Engineer Ziad Abi Chaker who started it since the 1990s.
