The issue of new births for Syrian refugees was tackled by State Minister for Refugees’ affairs prior to his entry to the cabinet session.
Since the outbreak of the Syrian crisis, 115000 new births took place in Lebanon and were registered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
