REPORT: Buses carrying militants leave Arsal to Syria
40 buses carrying militants of the "Saraya Ahl al-Sham" and a number of displaced Syrians left on Monday the border town of Arsal en route to the Syrian town of Rahiba in east Qalamoun in the countryside of Damascus.

Red Cross Secretary-General Georges Kettaneh told LBCI that 15 Red Cross ambulances are escorting the departure.
Kettaneh also noted that 8 injured militants are being transported to the region of Wadi Hmeid in Arsal.

They will leave Lebanon under a deal that followed an assault by the Lebanese Shi'ite group Hezbollah on insurgent positions last month.

The transfer, and another one early this month of Nusra Front fighters and refugees, echoes deals struck within Syria in which Damascus has shuttled rebels and civilians to opposition areas.
